/ Helix — Post-call conversation intelligence
Sales is a craft, not a formula.
Helix reads buyer and seller behavior — not MEDDPICC completion. It's like lidar for your deals: see what's lurking around the corner and respond before it costs you the quarter.

/ Compare — Legacy platforms
Gong records the call. Helix reads the deal.
Recording your reps was a 2016 idea. Scoring their behavior against the deals that actually closed — inside your playbook, not a generic rubric — is the 2026 one.
| Dimension | Helix | Legacy platform |
|---|---|---|
| Architecture | AI-native — built around behavioral analysis | AI retrofitted onto a pre-AI platform |
| Unit of analysis | The exchange (turn-by-turn efficacy) | The call / deal (summaries, trackers, forecast) |
| Pricing philosophy | Outcome-aligned — not a per-seat tax | Per-seat + platform fee, quote-based |
| Content model | Customizable content packs tuned to your market’s patterns | Packaged frameworks |
/ Coaching — The moments that matter
Helix coaches the moments that matter, with actionable details that move your deals.
Your champion, Priya, is engaged — but the budget owner hasn't been on a call yet. Deals that reach the economic buyer earlier close more reliably.
“I'd need to loop in our VP of Engineering on budget.” — Priya, Discovery call
Two ways to ask
- “When we've done this with teams like yours, the person who owns the budget usually wants to see the ROI model themselves — could we get twenty minutes with them before we scope the rollout?”
- “Who signs off on a spend like this, and what would they need to see to say yes?”
Fictional example — illustrative only
/ Problem — The buying committee
The buying committee you were trained for no longer exists.
Something broke in the last twenty-four months and most revenue teams are still selling through it without naming it.
The motion is bidirectional now. A practitioner finds you, trials you, and champions you upward. Or a CIO mandates a platform decision downward and you inherit six skeptical teams. Increasingly, both — in the same account, in the same quarter.
Finance is in every deal. Not at the end. Not as a signature. As a scrutinizing participant who has watched AI spend triple and wants to know what it replaced.
There is an AI buying committee now, formal or informal, and it did not exist on your org chart eighteen months ago. It has veto power and no P&L.
And everyone is a builder. Your most dangerous competitor in a lot of deals isn't a vendor — it's a comfortable, capable technical stakeholder who says “I could build this.” They're rarely right. They're frequently persuasive.
None of that shows up in a MEDDPICC field.
MEDDPICC still works. It is a superb forecast hygiene layer, and Helix captures it automatically so you never have to fill it in again. But Metrics, Economic Buyer, and Decision Criteria describe a deal's structure — they don't describe how a rep handled the moment a VP of Engineering said “we'd probably just build this internally.”
That moment is where deals are won and lost now. And it lives in the transcript, not the CRM.
/ Wedge — MEDDPICC & the playbook
MEDDPICC forecasts. The playbook executes.
Helix auto-captures MEDDPICC so your forecast is honest — then spends its intelligence on the thing MEDDPICC can't see: what your rep actually did, said, and missed, exchange by exchange, against the deals that actually closed.
/ Fingerprint — The atomic unit
The atomic unit of a sales call
A call fingerprint measures efficacy at its atomic unit — the exchange: the moment one person stops talking and the other starts. Each exchange is scored on whether the seller's move worked for that moment in the call: was the objection answered, the pain quantified, a KPI discovered, a required capability differentiated.
That turns into coaching data you can act on, anchored to the exact moment it happened. Not an average. Not a vibe. Exchange by exchange — did each move actually work?
Do you know what's happening at the most atomic level of your deal? Are you winning every conversational exchange?

Two Parallel Tracks. One Deal.
Helix extracts the patterns across your successful sales behaviors in the context of your market — each paired with the exact quote from the transcript and a 0–100 confidence score. And it learns your buyers' patterns too. Together, over time, that pair becomes the DNA of how deals are won in your business.
Every deal runs a seller track and a buyer track — milestones in parallel, not in sequence. Helix maps both: what the seller has done, and what the buyer has moved on. The gaps between them are where deals stall.
State is derived from call evidence, not from CRM fields a rep filled in after the fact.
Your deals. Your success patterns.
A rubric-driven engine certifies each rep from their actual calls against your closed-won patterns — MEDDPICC and Command of the Message as scaffolding. But Helix identifies the market trends, closed-won signals, and competitive patterns that no forecasting methodology or sales framework can.
Helix is your unlock.
