/ Documentation — How it works
How Helix works.
Four pipeline stages, each verifiable. No fabricated feature list — only what the platform actually does today.
/ Pipeline — Four stages
The pipeline.
Ingest
After a call ends, the transcript arrives via a post-call webhook from your recording provider (Recall.ai / MeetingBaas), or via manual upload. Helix normalizes the transcript into a standard format: speakers labeled, utterances timestamped, seller and buyer sides confirmed by the uploading admin. All ingestion is post-call. There is no real-time or live-call path.
Fingerprint
The transcript is decomposed into exchanges — the atomic unit of a sales call. An exchange is one complete speaker turn: someone speaks, the other responds. Each exchange is scored on whether the seller's move worked for that moment: was the objection answered, the pain quantified, a KPI discovered, a required capability differentiated. The result is a call fingerprint: exchange-by-exchange efficacy across the full call.
MEDDPICC from evidence
All eight MEDDPICC fields are extracted from what prospects actually said. Each field is paired with a verbatim quote from the transcript and a 0–100 confidence score. Low-confidence values are visibly distinct — they are leads to verify, not facts to act on. Fields stay current across the deal's call history. Reps can assert and correct any field with a required basis note; every assertion is append-only.
Coaching and certification
A rubric-driven engine evaluates each rep's actual calls against competency criteria anchored on MEDDPICC and Command of the Message. Output is auditable: score, evidence quote, pass/fail, rubric version. Managers see the team certification matrix and can drill to the exact quote that drove a score. Coaching conversations start with a specific moment, not a feeling.
/ Scope — What Helix does not do
What Helix does not do.

- No CRM write-back.Helix maintains its own system of record. It does not write back to Salesforce, HubSpot, or any third-party CRM.
- No self-service signup.Access is invite-only during early access. Identity is verified Google email — there is no password sign-in path.
